One of our absolute favourites – this set of eight handmade Italian pasta plates (25 cm) combines function, craftsmanship and expressive design.
With their wide, elevated rim and flat center, these plates create a shape that is both functional and sculptural. Perfect for pasta dishes, antipasti, seafood or beautifully plated meals, they naturally frame each dish and elevate every serving.
The distinctive Schizzato pattern is created using a traditional technique where colour is applied by hand with an olive branch, resulting in lively and irregular splashes. Each plate is slightly different, making every set unique in its composition.
Deeply rooted in everyday life in southern Italy, this style is often found in restaurants, boutique hotels and traditional masserias.
Each piece is handmade and hand painted in Puglia. Shaped on the potter’s wheel and finished with individual brushwork, every plate reflects authentic Italian craftsmanship.
Our ceramics are made from high quality clay sourced from Tuscany. After being shaped by hand, each piece dries under the Italian sun before undergoing a traditional multi-stage firing process.
The result is a durable, vibrant and timeless ceramic that reflects the essence of Italian craftsmanship and lifestyle.

Dishwasher safe
Fired at extremely high temperatures, the plates have a dense and durable surface. They are dishwasher safe, resistant to scratches and ideal for everyday use. Colours remain vibrant over time.

Die Keramikkunst von Studio Riviera wirkt wie vom römischen Meeresgott Neptun persönlich auf die mediterrane Dinnertafel gespült - obwohl sie eigentlich aus Oberbayern kommt. Zum Leben erweckt werden die illustrierten Gottheiten auf Ausschau nach dem Fang des Tages allerdings in einem kleinen Atelier in Süditalien.
