General
We work with just one ceramic atelier and one studio for glassware in Puglia. This atelier is very skilled and very traditional.
They created each piece by hand with techniques passed down through generations and across families of potters.We develop with this atelier the shapes, colors and patterns.
Our online shop offers the largest variety of our products. Moreover, we have partnered with a select few concept stores across the world.
We work with sustainable and organic certified packaging materials and we also ship boxes more often. we re-use packaging material that our suppliers use in their deliveries.
Order
As soon as you have decided on an item, place it in the shopping basket. Once you have all the items you want in your shopping basket, click on 'Checkout', enter your address and select a payment method in the last step. Click on 'Pay now' to finalise your order.
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. In the confirmation you will find a link with which you can check the status of your order.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email.
If your parcel is not yet on its way, we can still change the delivery address. Please simply write to us at info@studioriviera.de
Payment
We offer payment via PayPal, credit card, SOFORT bank transfer and invoice via external service providers. All our payment service providers work with the highest security standards to protect your and our data and to enable a smooth and carefree payment process.
Shipping
As a rule, your order will be processed by us within 1-3 working days. As soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will usually receive your order within Germany and Austria within 3-5 days.
It can take up to 10 days for your order to arrive in other EU countries and Switzerland.
We ship our ceramics exclusively with UPS. Our products are very high quality and must be handled very carefully. We can only ensure and guarantee this with UPS.
The ceramics arrive with UPS undamaged and fast at your home.
The delivery with UPS may cost a little more than with other service providers, but we know from experience that the quality of the shipment meets our requirements.
