we ship our ceramics exclusively with DHL. Our products are very high quality and must be handled very carefully. We can only ensure and guarantee this with DHL.
The ceramics arrive with DHL undamaged and fast at your home.
Shipping within Germany costs € 7.80 and is free from a purchase value of € 75.
Within EU countries, shipping with UPS costs €14.80 and is free from €150.
We are shipping in mostly all countries all over the world. If there are any problems with the check out, please contact us via email: info@studioriviera.de
Our cartons, the filling material and the packaging films are mostly made of recycled materials.
Returns:
Should it still happen that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email: info@studioriviera.de
Please take pictures of the damaged goods and if possible of the box.

Die Keramikkunst von Studio Riviera wirkt wie vom römischen Meeresgott Neptun persönlich auf die mediterrane Dinnertafel gespült - obwohl sie eigentlich aus Oberbayern kommt. Zum Leben erweckt werden die illustrierten Gottheiten auf Ausschau nach dem Fang des Tages allerdings in einem kleinen Atelier in Süditalien.
