Our Schizzato Pasta Bowl captures the essence of southern Italian table culture – relaxed, authentic and full of character.
The distinctive splatter pattern is created using a traditional technique where colour is applied by hand with an olive branch, resulting in irregular, lively spots. Each bowl is unique and carries its own rhythm.
This style is deeply rooted in everyday life in southern Italy, where it is commonly used in restaurants, boutique hotels and masserias.
Perfect for pasta, salads, risotto or everyday meals, this bowl is designed for both casual dining and beautifully styled table settings.
Each piece is handmade and hand painted in Puglia using traditional craftsmanship passed down through generations. Made from high quality clay and shaped on the potter’s wheel, every bowl is dried under the Italian sun before being fired.
The result is a durable, robust ceramic with vibrant colors and long-lasting quality.

Die Keramikkunst von Studio Riviera wirkt wie vom römischen Meeresgott Neptun persönlich auf die mediterrane Dinnertafel gespült - obwohl sie eigentlich aus Oberbayern kommt. Zum Leben erweckt werden die illustrierten Gottheiten auf Ausschau nach dem Fang des Tages allerdings in einem kleinen Atelier in Süditalien.
