we ship our ceramics exclusively with UPS. Our products are very high quality and must be handled very carefully. We can only ensure and guarantee this with UPS.
The ceramics arrive with UPS undamaged and fast at your home.
The delivery with UPS may cost a little more than with other service providers, but we know from experience that the quality of the shipment meets our requirements.
We are shipping in mostly all countries all over the world. If there are any problems with the check out, please contact us via email: info@studioriviera.de
Our cartons, the filling material and the packaging films are mostly made of recycled materials.
Returns:
Should it still happen that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email: info@studioriviera.de
Please take pictures of the damaged goods and if possible of the box.
