Every item in our collection is a unique masterpiece, handmade with love, passion, and artistic vision in a small ceramic studio in southern Italy. Created using traditional pottery techniques, each piece carries the soul of its maker and the warmth of the Mediterranean sun.
Our signature patterns are made to be mixed and matched, giving you the freedom to build your own STUDiO RiViERA Signature Set over time. Each month brings a fresh collection – while shapes and colors remain consistent, the hand-painted patterns are always new.
What sets STUDiO RiViERA apart is not only its aesthetic – it’s the craftsmanship behind it. We use fine Tuscan clay, shaped by hand on the potter’s wheel and slowly dried under open skies.
Each piece undergoes a meticulous three-step firing process, with each firing lasting 36 hours at over 1000°C. After an initial bisque firing, a hand-applied base glaze is added, followed by a second firing. Then, every detail is painted by hand before the final firing seals its beauty and strength. This complex process ensures durability, depth of color, and a unique character that elevates each piece far above ordinary ceramics.
Dishwasher Safe
Beauty meets practicality: our ceramics are fired at high temperatures, giving them a dense, resilient surface that’s fully dishwasher safe. Even with daily use, colors remain vivid and surfaces stay smooth. Resistant to scratches and wear, this is tableware designed to be both artful and enduring.

With great dedication and passion, each piece of our collection is handmade here according to traditional pottery art. In this traditional family business, the pottery craft has been passed down from generation to generation.

This is Nicola Fasano within his charming atelier in Bella Italia hand-painting one of our plates. All the unique patterns and joyful artworks of our pieces are exclusively created for STUDiO RiViERA.

Die Keramikkunst von Studio Riviera wirkt wie vom römischen Meeresgott Neptun persönlich auf die mediterrane Dinnertafel gespült - obwohl sie eigentlich aus Oberbayern kommt. Zum Leben erweckt werden die illustrierten Gottheiten auf Ausschau nach dem Fang des Tages allerdings in einem kleinen Atelier in Süditalien.
