We have relaunched our Schizzato series and improved the quality.
This line is very traditional and often used in southern Italy in restaurants, hotels and masseries. The coloured spots are irregular and are applied by hand with an olive branch.
This one-of-a-kind set is crafted and painted in Puglia with love and expertise.
All pieces from Studio Riviera are carefully made using time-honored techniques and go through 8 steps of production. They are then hardened in ovens reaching temperatures above 1000 degrees for at least 36 hours.
Their raw material is clay sourced from Tuscany.
Found in restaurants, hotels and Masseria, this set allows you to create a unique mix and match look.

After first being kissed by the Italian sun, the product undergoes an initial firing process of 36 hours at over 1000°C. Then the base glaze is applied by hand and the product is fired again for 36 hours at 1000°C. Finally, the piece is hand painted by our artist and undergoes a third firing process. These elaborate firing processes make this item highly robust and durable and distinguishes it from ordinary ceramics.
